Every command accepts --output and --help.

INTENT_ENGINE_KEYPAIR fills in --keypair and INTENT_ENGINE_URL fills in --url when they are not given. --url takes an RPC URL or one of localnet, devnet, testnet, mainnet-beta.

When neither --keypair nor INTENT_ENGINE_KEYPAIR is given, the wallet setup saved is the default, which is why --keypair is in brackets below; only signed submit always needs its relayer's --keypair.

--keypair also takes a Ledger, as usb://ledger, usb://ledger?key=<account>, usb://ledger?key=<account>/<change>, for create, cancel, expire, close, approve, revoke-approval, deliver, judge, committee vote, committee release, signed prepare, advance-nonce, advance-epoch, claims take, claims drop, mandate grant, mandate revoke, profile set, profile close, solver float; every other command refuses one and needs a key file.
